Molzym’s Taq DNA polymerase and Mastermix products suit all applications of PCR, Real-Time PCR and RT-Real-Time PCR for analysis of e.g. SNPs, human markers and genetic, animal and plant breeding, food and water quality control, sequencing reactions and expression studies.
Molzym’s MolTaq is a highly processive thermostable Taq DNA polymerase with 5’-3’ exonucleases activity useful for research and routine PCR. MolTaq Mastermix is a 2x concentrated solution containing dNTPs, buffer, BSA and MolTaq DNA polymerase. Products are available with buffer with magnesium (1.5 mM final concentration) or without, supplied separately as 100 mM solution for the optimisation of reaction conditions. Red dye-containing products support easy gel loading and exclusion of pipetting errors by visualisation of the PCR solution.
