“Automation in Culture-Independent, Sequencing-Based Pathogen Diagnosis”
Automation is an important issue in daily routine diagnosis. Molzym provides an unique automated DNA extraction specifically adapted to the unbiased, culture-independent diagnosis of bacterial and fungal pathogens. The one-day course will confer theoritical and practical skills in the automated sample preparation and the Real-Time PCR analysis of eluates for microbial DNA based on Micro-Dx™ CE IVD:
